To get started, in your Media Library multi tab:
Click on NEW and then > UGC tab and follow the steps below to authenticate with Facebook.

In a few steps, you’ll be able to access all of the media that has mentioned you with your @brandhandle on their Instagram caption and also all the people that have tagged you in their images.

Step 1.

In your Media Library go to > New > UGC

or, from your User Generated Content menu go to:

Get UGC media

Step 2.

Follow the steps to complete the verification process.

To be able to use UGC tab, you must have an Instagram Business Account plus it is also required that the Facebook account you authenticate with, has a role on a page, which is connected to your Instagram Business Account.

These are the steps required to connect a Facebook page you have a role on, to your Instagram Business Account


a. Go to the Facebook page for you business
b. Click on 'Settings' in the top right corner
c. Then click on 'Instagram in the left side bar.
d. Click log in and add your Instagram account.

Step B.

Set up your Instagram Business Profile.

If you haven't already become an Instagram Business Account adding your Instagram account to your Facebook page will prompt you with the steps required to become an Instagram Business Account.


In Instagram phone app, connect your Facebook business Page with your Instagram business account.

a. Go to your profile and tap .
b. Tap Settings > Linked Accounts.
c. Tap Facebook and enter your Facebook login info.

Note that the Instagram Business account associated with your Facebook account must match your @username used in your Sauce by SNPT account.

Once fully authenticated when you click on the UGC Tab you will be presented with all of the media that has mentioned you with your @brandhandle in their caption on Instagram. The media from tagged, @mentioned and #hashtagged posts will be captured on a forward ongoing basis. Some older posts that predate your UGC connection may show.

Turning these posts into shoppable media will automatically apply the appropriate accreditation to the original creator with each post.
