You might be surprised to learn that yes, you can use your shoppable feed without losing any of the image and conversion tracking features on your own domain, your own website! As long as you have access to the HTML code you can embed the widget anywhere. The possibilities are ENDLESS!
Simply copy the embed code and paste it into your home page to show the widget on the first page your customer will see. Or, if you prefer, you can create a new "Shop my Instagram" page to display your shoppable feed to customers coming to your store. This becomes a dedicated Shoppable Instagram page.
Once the embed is in place ( example 1, example 2) you'll be able to add the link of your shoppable feed to your IG profile. This directs customers to the page where your shoppable links are available on your own domain (therefore maximizing your customer's experience and sales flow = better conversions)
To embed your shoppable feed into your Shopify follow these steps:
Choose an embed style from within the Shoppable Galleries section of your Sauce account found in the main menu as follows:
2. Configure the way you want your shoppable feed to appear using the on-page controls.
3. Copy the embed code and paste it into an HTML section of the page you want it to appear on.
